We are on the hunt for a dynamic, innovative, and skilled Founding
Engineer (Hybrid) to join our fast-paced Tech Services industry.
This is a unique opportunity to be a part of our core team, shaping
our technology infrastructure from the ground up. As a Founding
Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing our tech stack,
influencing our technical direction, and building a world-class

Details Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and
deployment of our tech services platform using cutting-edge
technologies like C#, Python, SQL, TypeScript Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to
maximize development efficiency. Develop a scalable and
maintainable codebase that ensures the privacy and security of our
users. Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle - from
concept and design to testing. Participate in code reviews to
maintain a high-quality code culture. Collaborate with the product
team to define software requirements and take the lead on
operational and technical projects. Qualifications: A bachelor's
degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a
related field. 5 years of relevant experience in software
development with a strong command of object-oriented principles.
Proven experience with C#, Python, TypeScript, TDD, DevOps, SQL,
Azure, GitHub, CI/CD Deep understanding of the principles of
scalable software design. Experience with cloud-based systems
architecture and deployment. Proficiency in code versioning tools
such as Git. Strong problem-solving skills, algorithmic skills, and
data structures. Experience in agile methodologies like Scrum.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex
technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of
