Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: CT Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours - Employment Type: Travel Allied Position Job Notes: /n/n Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. /n/n Opportunity: /n CT Technologist - CT Tech /n/n Job Details: /n • Work 10-hour shifts with varied schedule including evenings, nights, and weekends /n• Call is not required but available to pick up if interested /n• Support inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department populations /n• Perform diagnostic CT scanning procedures including CT of head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures /n• Conduct basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging services /n• Work with contrast media and demonstrate knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy /n• Provide timely diagnostic services under direction of radiologist and departmental protocols /n• Must be graduate of accredited AMA school and registered with American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) /n• Must be licensed by the state as a general radiographer /n• Demonstrate proficiency in CT system processing and surgical/sterile procedures /n• Knowledge of studies with or without contrast media required /n/n Facility: /n This medical center provides comprehensive healthcare services with a full-service radiology department offering advanced diagnostic imaging capabilities.
