Key Responsibilities Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families, fostering a welcoming environment for individuals from diverse backgrounds. Deliver personalized outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to the specific needs and circumstances of each client, promoting healing and resilience. Create detailed crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to support clients in maintaining stability and empowerment in their mental health journey. Engage actively in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning, contributing your insights to enhance client care. Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, maintaining the highest standards of professional integrity. Collaborate with our team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists to provide a holistic approach to mental health care. Qualifications A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required. Candidates who have completed their education and have applied for or will apply for licensure are also eligible. A strong passion for mental health and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. A dedication to ongoing professional development in mental health, including access to free supervision and continuing education. A willingness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care. A strong commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality.
