Therapist - Anderson Park The Associate Mental Health Therapist is
responsible for delivering culturally aware individual and family
therapy, performing assessments, and crafting customized treatment
and crisis plans. This position requires collaboration with a

Responsibilities Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based
assessments for new clients and families, fostering a welcoming

healing and resilience. Create detailed crisis plans, safety plans,
relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to support

health journey. Engage actively in case consultations, agency
meetings, and discharge planning, contributing your insights to
enhance client care. Ensure timely completion of billing,
documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance
authorization forms, maintaining the highest standards of
professional integrity. Collaborate with our team of psychiatrists,
nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow
therapists to provide a holistic approach to mental health care.
Qualifications A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling,
Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
Candidates who have completed their education and have applied for
or will apply for licensure are also eligible. A strong passion for
mental health and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. A
dedication to ongoing professional development in mental health,

compensation practices. The base pay range for this position is $43
– $48 per billable unit. Actual compensation may vary based on
licensure, experience, market-driven adjustments, and available
