Role Description

As a member of our Guest Services team, you are the most important ambassador of Brasada. Our Guest Service Agents are the warmest and most engaging group at Brasada, and that is saying something. As a member of this team, you will be the main point of contact for every guest, and with this responsibility, it is vital that you truly love every aspect of customer service.
