Pay $19+ DOE.Perks and Benefits for a Customer Service and Claims Analyst:100% Employer paid Benefits to include Medical, Dental and Vision401KPTOFun and collaborative teamLive, work, and play in Central OregonCustomer Service and Claims Analyst Job duties:Accurately process claims that fall out of the auto-adjudication system by researching benefits, claim policies, procedure and reviewing claim edits.Answer incoming telephone calls to assist customers with explanations and issue resolution of healthcare policies, benefits, eligibility and coverage.Manage daily workloads to ensure production goals are met and calls are resolved timely.Verify accurate data entry, to include correct patient, coding, dollar amounts and provider information.Maintain accuracy levels of 98% or higher for both payment and statistical data.Work in assigned work groups/queues and assist in other areas as needed.Be comfortable on both outbound and inbound telephone callsEffectively communicate with a wide range of peopleWork in a fast paced, team environment.Utilize MS Office and online systemsOther duties as assignedCustomer Service and Claims Analyst Job Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent.Knowledge of medical/insurance terminology, ICD-10, CPT, and CDT preferredBasic math skills.Ability to prioritize workloads and perform under time pressures.Ability to determine and process Third Party related claims, Coordination of Benefits and claims adjustments.Knowledge of contracted and non-contracted provider agreements and associated multiple tier plan designs.Excellent communication skills both oral and writtenTeam playerStrong and proven work ethicProfessional and respectfulAbility to interpret health contracts and benefit languageExcellent Phone skills and presenceExperience with taking inbound callsTime-management skillsMinimum typing speed of 45 WPMProficient with MS Office and the Google SuiteTech Savvy2 Positive Professional ReferencesCompany DescriptionPrideStaff can offer you a wide-range of rewarding career options.
