States of AmericaJOB SUMMARYThis role utilizes diverse skills to
perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs in a 24/7
Data Center operation working a 12-hr. shift schedule. The role
also includes inspection of electrical and mechanical systems,
including but not limited to: Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS)
systems, generators, chillers, Electrical Distribution, HVAC
systems, and Building Management Systems (BMS) systems.ESSENTIAL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPerform daily site inspections of all
Mechanical & Engineering (M&E) systems and technical equipment,
including servicing and maintenance. Under general supervision,
complete assigned work according to established processes and
procedures in accordance with CBRE's Environment, Health and Safety
Policy - ensuring all safety processes and PPE requirements are
followed. Also, ensure all regulatory requirements and quality
standards are met. Oversee third-party vendors, ensuring compliance
with CBRE's developed processes, procedures, and all applicable
laws/regulations. Accompany vendors on site visits on an as needed
basis and ensure site standards are met. Help create and develop
work processes, Job Hazard Analysis reports, and SOPs for critical
work with risk assessment. Complete all required training to ensure
successful completion of all job-related
responsibilities.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNo formal supervisory
responsibilities are required in this position. Other tasks may
require informal assistance such as providing technical guidance
and/or training to coworkers. Additional coordination of work and
assigning tasks may also be required, as needed.QUALIFICATIONSTo
perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to

functions.EDUCATION and EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma/GED required,
with more than 2 years of experience in basic mechanical,
electrical, plumbing, and carpentry preferred.Knowledge of
emergency response/standby/call out activities and protocols is a
plus. Advanced training and experience in mechanical, electrical,
plumbing, and carpentry is a plus but not required.CERTIFICATES
and/or LICENSESNoneCOMMUNICATION SKILLSAbility to comprehend and
interpret instructions, short correspondence, memos and ask
clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write
routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common
inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or
supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an
internal department and/or large groups of employees.FINANCIAL
KNOWLEDGEAbility to perform basic math skills is essential. Basic
knowledge of financial terms and principles is helpful.REASONING
ABILITYAbility to understand and carry out general instructions and
to perform problem solving in workplace situations. Basic
