We are a growing Insurance Brokerage looking for Sales Professionals that want to be top earners in their field and have tremendous advancement opportunities. If you hold a Life & Health Producer License that is a plus but if not, we will train you and show you how to get licensed. We are a need based selling organization -- we don't sell just to sell -- we sell a product because someone has a need for it.We need ethical, morally sound individuals that are trainable, self-motivated and are willing to take direction from a group of insurance professionals with over 50+ years' experience in the Senior Protection business. You will be assigned to a Training Manager and will be earning commissions during your training period. We have a proven lead system that will keep you busy all year long -- not just during Medicare season. We do not charge you any office or administration expense fees as other agencies do. We have monthly and quarterly promotions as well as periodic bonuses. Agents have access to a variety of cruises and conventions each year from our contracted companies. DUTIES:

• Serving as primary point of contact for clients; coordinating development and delivery of services among service team members; issuing and reviewing documents; completing plan set-up.
  • Develops new business by contacting potential clients; explaining service benefits; preparing and closing contracts; presenting new products to existing clients.
    • Resolves client issues by providing information and explanations; responding to inquiries and requests.
    • Protects client and company interests by complying with federal, state, and foreign regulations; keeping information confidential.
      • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. REQUIREMENTS: Life & Health Insurance Producers License -- we can assist you in becoming licensed Reliable Vehicle, Proof of Insurance and Valid Drivers License E&O Insurance will be required upon contracting. Passionate about customer experience Proficient in basic math skills Excellent written and verbal Communication Building a candidate pool Ability to maintain professional demeanor under all circumstances Positive Attitude is a MUST.
