Neuro experience preferred.Typical pay range: $42.51 - $63.77 + Relocation Assistance available.\*To qualify for the relocation assistance, candidates must have 1+ years of licensed experience. Candidates must not have been employed by St. Charles Health System in the last 6 months. Bonuses are available to external applicants only and are subject to all applicable tax withholdings.\**Job Responsibilities:** Evaluate, plan, and provide physical therapy treatment to patients.* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.* Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques and self-care strategies.* Maintain accurate and timely documentation.*Qualifications:**Education**Required*: Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from a college or university accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.*Preferred*: N/A*Licensure/Certification/Registration**Required*: Must have necessary requisites for licensure as a Physical Therapist by the Oregon State Board of Health. Valid Oregon driver's license and ability to meet St. Charles Health System driving requirements. Ability to travel to business functions/trainings/meetings and all St. Charles Health System worksites. Current AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider certification.*Preferred*: Preferably a member in good standing of the American Physical Therapy Association. See additional position information for preferred certification list.*Experience**Required*: Must have one year experience with therapy procedures, current orthopedic and neurological follow-up procedures, and rehabilitation practices.*Preferred*: Previous physical therapy experience in hospital-based setting.Job Type: Full-timePay: $42.51 - $63.77 per hourWork Location: In person
