As a Home Health Speech Therapist, you'll have the opportunity to diagnose and treat speech-language disorders, creating personalized care plans that directly contribute to the healing and well-being of our community.Why Choose Mission Healthcare?Serving a 60-mile radius from our Bend office, we offer a diverse and rewarding caseload, allowing you to make a significant difference in a variety of patients' lives.Compensation: $58/hr (PPV) or higher based on experience. Plus, mileage reimbursement to support your travel.Job Functions:- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.- Develop and implement individualized care plans to support patient recovery and functional improvement.- Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to enhance speech and communication skills.- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive patient care.Qualifications:- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology- Licensed/Certified in Speech-Language Pathology- A minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience in Speech-Language Pathology- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent organizational abilities- CPR certification (current)- Must have a valid driver's license, an insured vehicle, and a reliable automobile in good working conditionLet Better Growth Come To You!#MH-BLSee what Mission has to offer!
