Seeking an experienced Process Development Engineer to lead downstream biologic production process development, optimization, validation, and scale up from R&D to pilot phase. The Job: *** Perform protein and virus purification utilizing NFF & TFF filtration, centrifugation, and chromatography techniques. *** Characterize purified proteins and viruses using HPLC, UV-VIS, Western Blot, SDS-PAGE, or similar analytical techniques. *** Develop and validate process scale up protocols and author SOP's for pilot scale scientists.
