We are a local, pf--mily-owned and operated start-up in Bend's NW Crossing. We honor and value our extraordinary team and all the hard work that they do. pfl--cke was created as a place to gather, and after all of us have gone through these troubled times, we are called to return to that very purpose: coming together over pfood and pfestivities.

We are currently seeking Bartenders & Servers to join our team!

Applicants must be genuine and authentic. Applicants must be flexible enough to roll with the ongoing changes and adaptations we make in response to the challenges of each day. These members of our house will have each other's backs in seeking to meet the needs of the patrons. Our greater team and our vision at pfl--cke, will require from its pf--mily, positive and effective communications, with all hands on deck as we collaborate to build and achieve a "ONE" culture between the front and back of the house.

Applicants must be available to work together with our team to cover lunch and dinner every day, including holidays (except Christmas Day and Thanksgiving Day). Our team works with a human touch, through personal and organic connections with patrons, supported by technology. The bar of quality in our space will be measured with the five senses, engaged in a warm and playful dining experience.

Qualifications / Experience Required:

--- A willingness to problem solve, learn and grow with input from management
--- An eagerness to work in a collaborative and customer engaged environment
--- A commitment to the highest standards of health code, cleanliness, and safety
--- Current Oregon Food Handlers Cards and OLCC (for 21 and over)
--- Previous bartending experience is a plus.

General Responsibilities:

--- Customer relationships, supported by fellow team members and POS software
--- Team relationships, adoption of one house/home and ownership culture
--- Collaboration with team in training and execution of operational procedures
--- Collaboration with team on responsiveness to customer feedback
--- Following kitchen/bar portion controls
--- Incident de-escalation and reporting
--- Contributions to daily care and upkeep of space

Physical Requirements:

--- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours), with breaks.
--- Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 lbs and occasionally lift/move 50 lbs.
--- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
