We are currently looking for a strong individual with experience
in A/R Collections, who is dependable, responsible, able to
multi-task and be goal oriented.
Rebound is a well-respected and independent physical therapy
provider specializing in sports medicine, rehabilitation and spinal
care at multiple locations throughout Central Oregon. The position
will be based at Rebound's Administrative office located near the
Old Mill District. The schedule will consist of Monday through
Friday for a total of 40-hours per week.
The position is responsible for working with patients in a way
that demonstrates Rebound's commitment to excellent patient service
while ensuring Rebound is able to collect appropriately for
services rendered. The goal is to work with patients to ensure
their accounts are processed correctly with insurance providers
while establishing appropriate expectations as to the patients'
responsibilities and to assist the patients in timely payment of
The AR Collector works collaboratively and efficiently with the
AR team toward the achievement of department goals.
The ideal candidate must have the following requirements:
Education and Experience:
Minimum of high school diploma. Prefer Associate's degree or
equivalent of three years of clinical AR/Administrative
Able to understand and become proficient in medical billing
software -- basic knowledge of Therapy Source is an asset.
Familiarity and working knowledge of insurance regulations and
specific coverage for physical therapy.
Awareness of customer service philosophy and keys to courteous
and creative collection approaches.
Must have initiative, and relies on experience, discretion and
sound judgment in making decisions in varied situations to

Monday - Friday. The A/R team works collaboratively to ensure that
adequate AR coverage is available during these hours and days.
Full-time personnel are expected to work a minimum of 36-hours per
week on a consistent basis.
