Data Center Office Assistant role will work very closely with, and
support, the Data Center Site Coordinator team to ensure tasks of
day-to-day operational needs are met.
administrative/office support including day-to-day tactical
support as needed for visitors (internal and external)
support as needed (internal and external)
facilitation of onsite catering as needed.
internal teams to ensure all branding guidelines are being adhered
with ordering, packaging, and distribution of swag/branded items as
maintaining non-confidential site documentation.
logistics (set up, scheduling, comms, etc.) for internal events and
cross functional partner teams.
space planning efforts locally.
support of site-specific projects as directed by the Site
regular audits of all buildings and work with partner teams to
address issues of note.
mail and packages that arrive via USPS. Pick up and distribute all
incoming mail arriving from the USPS.
site communication as needed.

Highly efficient in MS office and G-Suite.
Clear and effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability
to communicate (written and orally) in English.
Highly organized with exceptional time management
Ability to multi-task and have a high-level attention to detail and
