Job Description:
Job Description The Product Designer 2 will contribute to the UX
team in crafting intuitive experiences for Microsoft Purview,
focusing on data security, compliance, and data governance. They
will define product design needs, generate ideation solutions,
prototype new products and features, and collaborate with
cross-disciplinary teams to deliver end-to-end experiences.
Required Skills: Figma (Prototyping) with 1-3 years of experience
Ability to follow a design system Learn quickly Bachelor's Degree
in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction,
or related field 3 years of experience working in product or
service design Preferred Skills: 5 years of experience working in
product or service design Master's Degree in Industrial Design,
Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field 2
years of experience shipping products and/or delivering to
customers as a result of an end-to-end design process
Security/enterprise background Portfolio showcasing design
expertise Years of Experience: 3-5 years of experience in product
or service design Industry Experience: Experience in security,
enterprise, or a related field is preferred, with a focus on data
security, compliance, and data governance. Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human
Computer Interaction, or related field Absolute Must-Haves: Ability
to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Strong
communication and storytelling skills * Ability to learn quickly
and adapt to new technologies and design systems
