Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader: Reputable Landscape Maintenance Company with great pay, schedule, and benefits is seeking to add a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to their team. The Landscape Crew Team Leader is a full-time year-round position that also includes snow and ice removal during winter months. Duties and Responsibilities for Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader: Be able to perform all aspects of landscape maintenance i.e.: mowing, hard edging, soft edging, fertilizing, trimming, weed control, simple irrigation repairs, and irrigation clock management Notice irrigation issues and address or communicate to owner or manager if cannot be resolved by you Verify all necessary work completed before leaving neighborhood community or communicate to owner or manager if a task was not completed Manage crew members by training and providing instructions to keep them on task Skills and Qualifications for Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader: Proficient at driving truck and pulling landscape trailer Valid driver's license and clean driving record required Effective communications skills and ability to take/implement owners instructions Leadership Ability to work in various weather conditions Dependable/on time every day Be able to be on your feet for most of the day Job Details for Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader: Temp-Hire Work Schedule: Monday - Friday7:00AM - 4:00PMMust be available to work weekends on occasion during peak season Pay Rate: $28.00 - $32.00/hour (DOE)
