Tetherow Resort has an immediate opening for a Prep Cook/Dishwasher! *This position will have a Seasonal increase of $3.00 per hour from June through Mid-September. Why Tetherow?   • Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards set by Tetherow
  • Uphold a professional manner at Tetherow
  • Perform opening and closing duties, as well as side duties
  • Prepare a variety of menu items in accordance to set standards and specifications.
  • Sustain a clean and neat work environment
  • Assist in stocking and rotation of inventory as it arrives and insuring invoices are accurate.
  • Cooperate in performing any other duty deemed reasonable and necessary by the supervisor or management.
  • Portion and wrap the food, place items designated storage areas
  • Support all kitchen staff and their duties and responsibilities
  • Responsible for cleaning and stocking all service ware and cooking utensils.
  • Wash dishes, glassware, etc.
  • Keep dishwashing area clean and free of debris and water.
  • Remove all trash from restaurant routinely.
