  • Effectively and consistently communicate with kitchen/food and beverage management
  • Prepare menu items in accordance to set standards and specifications
  • Provide effective daily communication between front-of-house and back-of-house about menu, issues, changes, and specials
  • Assist in completing special menu and group requests as needs dictate
  • Shift in to any back-of-house (BOH) position as needs dictate
  • Complete line checks, ensuring temperature, freshness, and quality are up to standards on a daily basis
  • Participate in change-over stand-up meetings to transition day to evening service with BOH and with FOH managers
  • Assist in the training, learning and development of BOH team members; assist in retention and recruitment efforts
  • Communicate respectfully and clearly, develop and maintain strong working relationships with BOH and FOH team members
  • Handle member and/or guest complaints and problems in a professional manner to ensure a successful outcome Extra Perks!
