Job Description:

Our client is currently looking for a full-time permanent Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join their team, which is located in the Bend, Oregon area. Interested candidates need to have at least one year of experience in behavioral health as an NP. Responsibilities of the PMHNP

• Provides direct patient care within the scope of psychiatry in an outpatient primary care setting.
• Examines, diagnoses, and treats acute and chronic mental health conditions.
• Uses current evidence-based guidelines in creating diagnostic and treatment plans; utilizing tools such as Up to Date.
• Maintains accurate electronic health records of patients and completes documentation in timely manner. Requirements of the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a PMHNP.
  • Current OR licensure or eligible to obtain.
