Physical Therapist Location: Bend, OR Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,539 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 7/6/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Outpatient Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 14:30) Experience: Minimum of 1 year preferred License: Pending License Accepted Certifications: BLS required, CLT preferred Must-Have: Lymphedema experience preferred but not required Description: The position is for outpatient oncology rehabilitation. The caseload primarily consists of cancer patients, neurologic patients, and geriatric patients. Experience with lymphedema management is preferred but not required. The average daily census is 9 patients. Epic experience is preferred but not mandatory. The position does not require on-call shifts. Clinicians may need to float within their scope to meet facility needs. Locals are not accepted due to a 75-mile radius rule. Travelers are welcome, and licenses can be obtained quickly. Time off restrictions are a maximum of 7 total days within the 13-week assignment. Scrubs are required, and there is no specific color mandated. The patient age groups include adults and geriatrics. The facility supports interdisciplinary care and provides interpretation services. Patient diagnoses include oncology, neurological conditions, and geriatric issues. Additional skills relevant to the role involve geriatrics, neurology, lymphedema management, and a variety of rehabilitation techniques. Experience with assistive devices and patient education is essential. The clinician will be responsible for creating and evaluating treatment plans and goals. Documentation may involve charting patient progress and outcomes. Candidates must provide relevant references and evidence of previous experience.
