shocking). Incoming Urologist can expect: · Physician-led medical
group (yes, for real). Providers drive strategy & vision, so your
clinical ideas won’t disappear into a committee vortex. ·
Multispecialty magic. A massive primary care network sending you
patients faster than kidney stones show up at 2 AM. · Walk into
immediate volume without the panic. 26–32 patients/day thanks to a
huge referral base · Join a urology team that’s actually fun to
work with. Four MDs five APPs who know their stuff. · Robotics,
laparoscopy, and ASC access right next door. No scavenger hunts for
OR time, no turf wars- Just smooth scheduling. · Q8 community call,
shared with another practice, and 0–1 weeknight per week. Your
phone may even get bored. · All the support you could dream of.

Compensation: · $500,000 guarantee · Shareholders earn $5 more per
wRVU in perpetuity · Earn big, bonus big—with shareholder status,

$65,000 “Sign on Bonus” · 3 weeks PTO · 1 week CME, $3,000 · Paid
