MRI Tech Location: Oregon City, OR Agency: Acruex Health Pay: $1,960 to $2,120 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pay Rate: $49.00 - $53.00/Hourly. Shift: Day 4x10 - Hours (6:00am - 16:00pm) / Evening 4x10 - Hours (14:00pm - 0:00pm) Summary: We are searching for a skilled and dependable MRI technologist to join our medical team. The MRI technologist will be responsible for operating MRI equipment and creating scans as per the physicians' directions, screening patients and explaining procedures to them, and inspecting and troubleshooting equipment. Locals accepted at lower rate Responsibilities: Analyzing patient histories and completing screenings for pacemakers and injuries where metal objects were involved. Preparing and administering contrast dyes. Addressing patients’ concerns and ensuring that they are comfortable and calm during scans. Performing regular inspections of the MRI equipment and machines, and scheduling maintenance and repairs as needed. Positioning the patients and completing MRI scans according to the physicians' specifications. Ensuring that the MRI rooms are kept clean, tidy, and safe at all times. Requirements Requirements: 1 - Year experience Required, BLS Certification, ARRT (MR) Certification, Locals accepted at lower rate. Benefits Benefits: Referral Program - for each referral start.
