the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find
a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Coos Bay, Oregon, 97420! Job
Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Labor &
Delivery Duration: 12 months Shift: Varied Hours per Shift: 12
hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years in labor and delivery with
current experience in fetal heart monitoring License: Oregon
nursing license (must be obtained) Certifications: BLS (AHA), NRP
(must be obtained) Must-Have: - Experience with OBIX and EPIC
systems (highly preferred) - EFM and STABLE certifications (highly
preferred) Description: This position involves managing OB triage,
outpatient testing, antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and
nursery care. The role does not include circulating or scrubbing in
the operating room. Fetal surveillance is conducted using OBIX, and
electronic health records are managed through EPIC. Within the RN
scope of practice, the nursing process is applied to care for
patients. Patient education is an essential component, which
includes teaching significant others and support persons.
Documentation of patient care is required in the medical record.
Collaboration with the interdisciplinary team is necessary to
