Opportunity Outline: • Wound-focused care across Eugene-area SNFs
no nights, weekends, or call. • Stable, collaborative team of 30
post-acute APPs. • Base compensation: $125,000-$165,000. • Monthly
bonus potential: $300-$6,000. • Full benefits: Medical, Dental,
