Primary Responsibilities Conduct culturally sensitive,
strength-based assessments for new clients and families, fostering
a welcoming environment for individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Deliver personalized outpatient therapy for individuals and
families, addressing the unique needs and situations of each client
to promote healing and resilience. Create detailed crisis plans,
safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to
support clients in maintaining stability and empowering their
mental health journeys. Actively engage in case consultations,
agency meetings, and discharge planning, contributing your insights
to enhance client care. Ensure the prompt completion of billing,
documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance
authorization forms, adhering to the highest standards of
professional integrity. Collaborate with our team of psychiatrists,
nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow
therapists to provide a comprehensive approach to mental health
care. Qualifications Hold a master’s or doctoral degree in
Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy,
or a related discipline. Possess a current and active professional
license in Washington State or be eligible for licensure upon
hiring. Demonstrate a passion for mental health and a commitment to
delivering high-quality care. Show dedication to ongoing
professional development in mental health, including continuing
education. Exhibit eagerness to work collaboratively with a
multidisciplinary team to enhance client care. Maintain a strong
commitment to ethical practices and confidentiality. Possess
excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport
with clients and families. Demonstrate effective time management
skills to complete documentation and administrative tasks

base pay range for this position is $50 – $57 per billable unit.
