Position TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a
qualified Dialysis RN in Roseburg, Oregon, 97471! Assess, plan, and
implement dialysis treatment plans for patients with chronic and
acute kidney disease. Operate and monitor dialysis equipment,
ensuring proper settings and function. Administer prescribed
medications and document patient responses. Monitor patients
before, during, and after dialysis, including vital signs and
access sites. Collaborate with nephrologists and interdisciplinary
teams for optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients and families
on dialysis procedures, lifestyle adjustments, and home care. Float
to Acute Care Renal Unit as needed to provide inpatient dialysis
