Pay Information $2,849 per week About The Position Job Title: Cath Lab RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 07:00 - 17:30 Experience: Minimum 1 year required; 10 years preferred License: Active RN License Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: - Experience in diagnostic and interventional hemodynamic monitoring - Experience with neuro-intervention, vascular exams, and structured heart exams - Ability to perform conscious sedation on adults following established policies and guidelines - Experience in recovery of patients in post-anesthesia care Description: This position involves performing diagnostic and interventional hemodynamic monitoring. You will conduct neuro-intervention, vascular, and structured heart exams. You will be responsible for hemodynamic monitoring using cardiology-specific equipment. You will administer conscious sedation to adult patients while adhering to established protocols. The role includes performing diagnostic hemodynamic monitoring and other non-invasive diagnostic procedures to assess the cardiovascular system. Assistance in the recovery of patients as needed is part of the job responsibilities. There will be a requirement to be on call for 1-2 weeknights and 1 weekend every four weeks. Staffing ratios are approximately 1 patient to 1 nurse during both day and night shifts. The position requires working with interdisciplinary teams, including respiratory services, radiology, pharmacy, and transport services. You will work with the following equipment: Philips imaging systems, Abbott Claris, and other specialized cath lab equipment. References from recent positions held are needed to support your application.
