Key Responsibilities: Assess, plan, and implement wound care treatment plans for patients Perform wound cleaning, dressing changes, and advanced wound care procedures Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Educate patients and families on wound prevention and management Maintain accurate documentation of assessments and treatments Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust care as needed Uphold infection control standards and safety protocols ? Qualifications: Active RN License (GA or Compact State) Wound Care Certification (WCC, CWON, or equivalent) preferred Previous experience in Wound Care, LTAC, or Med-Surg strongly preferred Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills Interested?
