Job Description Our Dialysis RNs are on the front line of patient care, improving the quality of life of every patient. Our RN's oversee a group of patients with the support of patient care technicians to conduct patient observations, measuring stats and machine set up. This role is all about the relationships and bond you will create with patients and their families. Our Registered Nurses provide high quality patient care to patients suffering from the most advanced stage of chronic kidney disease, known as End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). Nurses are on the front line of patient care, improving the quality of life of every patient. This role is all about the relationships and bond you will create with patients and their families! Shift Notes: Shifts varying depending on the week/3x12s Weekend Requirements: Possible weekends Qualification Requirement: - Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); three year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree - REQUIRED - Active Oregon Nursing License - REQUIRED - Current BLS/CPR certification - REQUIRED - ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience - REQUIRED - Previous dialysis nursing experience - Strongly Preferred “Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans.”
