Job Description:
Seeking a competent RN with independent clinical practice skills
in similar settings.
Provides routine and complex patient care, assessing, diagnosing,
planning, implementing, and evaluating using evidence-based
practices.
Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social
needs, administering medications, treatments, and documenting
care.
Educates patients and families, delegates tasks appropriately, and
manages contingencies.
Ensures patient safety, maintains compliance with regulations, and
participates in quality improvement activities.
Utilizes critical thinking, effective communication, and
unit-specific competencies.
Requires BSN (preferred), 1+ year experience, BLS certification,
and RN licensure.
Full-time position with schedule TBD.
