*Registered Dental Hygienist**Our dental office is actively seeking an excellent Dental Hygienist to compliment our team! * One year of (preferably private practice) experience is highly recommended, however we are absolutely willing to consider a quality candidate who may not have extensive previous experience.*Who we are looking for:*Someone who is truly interested in helping people, consistently interacting with them in a positive manner. What is most important to us is your attitude, your willingness to learn and, in turn, your ability to bring value to our team and our patients.*Employment qualifications:*_Required/Highly Recommended_* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a variety of team members and patients* Experience with Open Dental, EagleSoft or Dentrix software systems* Well versed with general dental terminology and treatment plan sequencing* In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations in this profession* Experience in preparing and maintaining dental equipment/instruments* Degree in Dental Hygiene - RDH. Masters and/or EPDH is a plus* Ability to administer local anesthetic and Nitrous Oxide (by credential/licensure)* *Valid license to practice in Oregon is required_Desired/Preferred_* 1-2 yrs of experience would be a plus.
