*Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant**Pain Management
Clinic**Full -Time, Permanent**Work Setting:* Clinic, In-person,
Outpatient, Private practice*Location:* Southern, OR (Relocation
required before starting work)*HCRI* is hiring a *Nurse
Practitioner / Physician Assistant* for a leading interventional
pain management clinic with multiple locations, including a
physical therapy office, a satellite clinic, and a surgery center.
Our physicians are engaged in clinical research, offering our
patients access to cutting-edge technology. *NP /PA* will work M
Th, from 8 am 5 pm *NP /PA* will provide comprehensive assessments,
diagnoses, and implement plans of care *NP /PA* will order,
interpret, and follow up on diagnostic studies *NP /PA* will
document all patient care issues in permanent medical records *NP
/PA* will provide medical care in accordance with accepted practice
standards *NP /PA* will collaborate with other team members *NP
/PA* will monitor and manage patients appropriately and refer to
specialists as needed*Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
Requirements:** Education as required by licensure* Current
applicable state NP/PA license* National certification as an NP or
PA* Current DEA license or ability to obtain one* Basic Life
Support certification*Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
Compensation: ** $125K - $150K Annually* Flexible Work Schedule*
