*Prolotherapist*We are looking for an experienced physician (ND, MD, DO) or nurse practitioner (NP) level provider who is trained and experienced in regenerative musculoskeletal injection therapies. Ideal candidate will have experience and interest in all areas of sports and regenerative medicine including Prolo, PRP, Ozone and associated therapies.Provider will join the team at our multi-disciplinary health center, located downtown Bend, Oregon. Hawthorn Healing Arts Center is a well established group practice offering Naturopathic medicine, Acupuncture, Women's Health, Massage therapy, Counseling, Regenerative medicine and Hyperbaric oxygen therapy.Hawthorn Healing Arts Center was founded over 12 years ago, and is well established in Bend as a group practice for holistic and integrative medicine. Our center also offers a community classroom for group classes and workshops and is a community hub for holistic and integrative medicine.*Prolotherapy Provider* Part to Full time Position.Position available beginning June 2024.* Independent contractor position-- flexible schedule and self-directed practice* Competitive commission-based compensation* Preferred at least 2 years practice experience or residency equivalent* Active professional licensure in Oregon* We provide a high level of support including referrals and practice building, marketing and promotion, medical billing and collections, insurance contracting, full administrative office support for scheduling and patient correspondence, and a clinically supportive team of providers.We are looking for a physician who will fit in well with our group, is enthusiastic about participating in a collaborative environment, and who has a natural and warm demeanor with patients. Also important is comfort with networking and self-promotion, and motivation to participate in practice building.
