Document dental history and chief complaints, lab procedures, and ensures follow up on results. Schedules re-care specific to individual patient's needs. Complete and maintain oral hygiene procedures in accordance with treatment plans prescribed by the attending Dentist. Prophylaxis, Periodontal Scaling, Root Planning, Debridement, Application of Fluoride Treatments and Sealants.*Experience and Education:* Associates Degree from ADA accredited dental hygiene school; Current State Licensure; CPR Certification; Preferred 1+years dental experience.
