Job Description:

A company is looking for a Medical Management Intake Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer and provider inquiries about preauthorization requests
Communicate case details to internal departments and utilize various systems for effective case management
Generate letters and conduct initial case screenings

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience in health insurance customer service, claims processing, or medical office
Experience working with providers and patients
Experience navigating through multiple systems
Remote work requirements including high-speed internet
