We are looking for a dynamic Nurse Practitioner who can join our busy medical clinic, full time, in beautiful Redmond, OR (less than 20 minutes from Bend, OR). We are looking for a highly motivated, empathetic NP who can join our wellness team, where we provide an integrated approach to our patients care and look to work as a team to help the patients reach their health and wellness goals. This position is an exciting opportunity to learn and work in a Regen Med office with an amazing, knowledgeable team and support staff.

Duties:
Patient Exam-Evaluations to include Physical-Med History, Review of Lab and Diagnostic imaging
Order Imaging (x-rays)
Diagnostic lab work (blood draws) and review of results
Diagnosis and Treatment plans (Therapeutic exercises, treatments, DME bracing)
Therapeutic procedures (US assisted Intraarticular injections, trigger point injections) We will provide training
Documentation-Progress notes
Patient education on Treatment-Continued benefits of therapy and follow up
Continuing education-Training
Collaboration-Communication with the care team

Requirements:
Current Oregon NP license
Graduation from an accredited NP program

Salary (range):
$110,000 DOE plus bonus package- giving the potential to increase salary up to $150k plus


Schedule:
Monday -Thursday (4-day work week!!)
