Excellent opportunity for an Orthopaedic trauma surgeon to join
Desert Orthopedics in our East Bend location. We are seeking an
orthopaedic trauma surgeon for the regional Level II Trauma Center
in Central Oregon that also has an interest and ability to perform
Total joints in an outpatient/inpatient setting. Desert Orthopedics
-has 3 office locations with the ability to perform outpatient
surgery at 2 ASCs and local resources for physical and occupational
therapy. Desert Ortho offers MRI at East Bend and digital X-ray in
each location. This position replaces a retiring physician in a
busy practice of 15 Physicians, 10 Advanced Practice Providers and
a superb office staff -that services two hospitals and offers a
full array of ancillary services. St. Charles Health System, a 4
hospital system, staffs and provides a stipend in an Orthopedic
Trauma room 5 days a week for all call at the Level 2 center in
Bend, OR. The orthopedic surgeon team includes orthopedic surgeons,
Total Joints, sports medicine, pediatric orthopedics, spine, hand,
foot and ankle and trauma surgeons. DO partners with the local high
schools and the Olympic ski team on Mt Bachelor. Fellows completing
in 2023 will also be considered.Benefit Highlights:
