Job Description:

Shifts: 10 hour days

Department/Unit - Cath/IR/Angio Lab
Number of Openings - 5
Maintains and demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of nursing principles, practices, standards, and techniques and applies this knowledge in accordance with Clients policies and work instructions and within laws and regulations governing nursing practice in the State of Oregon.
Assesses the patient's condition and needs using critical thinking and clinical judgment: sets outcomes; implements appropriate nursing actions and collaborates with other disciplines to meet the patient's/family's physical, emotional, spiritual, social, and intellectual needs; and evaluates patient's progress
EPIC CUPID charting required.
GE MAC Lab hemodynamics monitoring required.
Cardiac and IR surgical asepsis, scrub assist, and interventional procedures experience preferred.
Electrophysiology experience preferred.
Neuro Intervention experience preferred.
Cardiovascular Interventional Lab equipment experience preferred (ACIST Auto-injector, Impella, IABP).
Hospital equipment/systems experience preferred.
Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept. O5 rooms - Cardiac, IR Bi-Plane (Peripheral, Neuro, Vascular), Hybrid (Vascular/Structural Heart), EP (Device, Ablation), Multipurpose Room (Cardiac, IR, Neuro, Devices)
Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. 2:1 for the nurses with 2 RN's and 2 Rad Techs in every case
Registered Nurse state license status must be currently active
Minimum of 2 years Previous Cath Lab/IR experience required

Certifications:
ARRT, BLS

Skills:
GE MAC Lab Hemodynamics system, PYXIS drug dispensing, EPIC CUPID charting
