NAVIS is excited to be hiring an experienced Product Marketing Manager in our Bend, Oregon location!

At NAVIS, we continuously strive to innovate within the Hospitality CRM & Guest Marketing space. We help our clients grow direct bookings, optimize their sales and marketing channels, and create extraordinary guest experiences from booking to checkout.

As a key player on our Hospitality CRM Platform team, the Product Marketing Manager leads marketing efforts that drive product strategy, awareness, and education and partners with key stakeholders across the company to evangelize the NAVIS platform to employees and clients.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead & Manage Product Launches - Drive strategy and cross-functional execution for new product launches and marketing initiatives including messaging, timing, sales enablement, content, and internal and external communications strategies

    • Build Product Messaging & Positioning - Develop product & solution messaging used in marketing campaigns, corporate communications, web pages, sales tools, ads, and emails

      • Develop Product Content & Thought Leadership - Be a product expert that produces blog posts, how-to's, presentations, use-cases, eBooks, and site content. Be a thought leader and act as a spokesperson for NAVIS. Present to audiences at live meetings, webinars, events and trade shows.

        • Build Sales Enablement Tools & Training - Create selling and training resources that educate our team and evangelize our products. This includes pitch decks, demos, battlecards, FAQs, and competitive intelligence

          • Drive Client Success - Work with product and marketing teams to build and deliver timely and relevant onboarding, product education, and training materials

            • Tell Client Stories - Work with clients and our client success teams to deliver product feedback and client stories. Build engaging case studies that convey our core value proposition and market differentiations. Build and manage advocacy and community programs both online and offline

              • Drive Product & Competitive Strategy - Work closely with Product to build forward looking road maps, identify market and technology trends, analyze competitive positioning, and consolidate client, sales, and marketing feedback to help guide product features and prioritization

                • Growth, Optimization, & Data Analytics - Work with key stakeholders to define and build product usage measurements, data flows, and telemetry. Define product success, healthy usage and adoption, and advocate for data driven client interactions and stellar initial product experiences


                  • At least 5 years in a product marketing role
                  • Experience marketing cloud solutions
                  • Experience developing and executing product launches
                  • Success in driving consistent positioning and messaging
                  • Experience developing sales tools, product content, and onboarding materials
                  • Experience working with technology buyers and client communities
                  • Experience creating competitive analyses & positioning
                  • A background in public speaking
                  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey technical concepts
                  • Top-notch analytical skills
                  • A BA/BS degree
