Range for this position is $125,700.00-$153,600.00 annually. The
full Pay Range is $97,400.00 - $181,800.00 annually. At BECU,
compensation decisions are determined using factors such as
relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training.
Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual
qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives
are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance
based and targets vary by role.BENEFITSEmployees and their eligible

Employees have access to disability and AD&D insurance. We also
offer health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts, as

retirement plan. Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid
time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up
to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid

Manager - Fraud Strategy, you'll play a vital role in shaping and
delivering products that help protect our members and our
organization from fraud. You'll define and lead the product roadmap
that strengthens our fraud prevention capabilities, ensuring that
each solution is built with strategy, security, and member trust in
mind. Your work will empower teams, improve member protection, and
drive innovation in how BECU identifies and responds to fraud. If

residents of WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, or SC. If you're located in
Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance from
Tukwila, we are requesting that you come into our HQ on Tuesdays &
Wednesdays. For those candidates that live outside the commute
distance of TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations,
this role will be remote. Remote or onsite, we are committed to

environment.WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Define Product Strategy: Develop and drive the roadmap for
fraud prevention and mitigation products, ensuring alignment with
organizational priorities and risk strategies.
- Lead with Insight: Use data, member feedback, and fraud trends
to shape decisions and recommend impactful product solutions.
- Own the Product Lifecycle: Guide products from concept through
research, UX design, development, and launch-ensuring each step
contributes to better fraud detection and response.
- Prioritize What Matters Most: Set clear goals for product
releases based on fraud risk impact, business needs, and member
experience.
- Measure for Improvement: Monitor performance metrics to
evaluate the success of fraud strategy products and make
data-informed enhancements.
- Communicate with Purpose: Present updates, opportunities, and
performance findings to leaders and stakeholders using a clear and
concise narrative backed by data.
- Adapt and Learn: Stay agile-track lessons learned, evaluate
evolving fraud patterns, and adjust the product roadmap as
needed.
- Champion Ownership: Take full accountability for the fraud
strategy product portfolio, maintaining oversight from planning to
execution.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with fraud
operations, risk, technology, and member experience teams to align
goals and drive shared outcomes.
- Put Members First: Ensure the voice of the member-especially
those impacted by fraud-is reflected in all product decisions and
experiences.
- Manage Financials: Oversee fraud product budgets and approved
expenses to ensure resources are used effectively and
responsibly.
- Document and Share: Maintain up-to-date procedures and ensure
clarity and consistency across product-related communications.This

matter.QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technology, business, or related field,
or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically requires at least 5 years of experience in product
management, product development, product operations, or equivalent
experience with platform technologyDesired Qualifications:
- Experience working in an agile development environment
- Experience working with fraud origination tools like, such as
Alloy or similar
- Familiarity with various stages of the product development
lifecycle
- Proven ability to work independently, identify business and
customer needs, and recommend practical solutions
- Demonstrated experience leading or collaborating with
cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to clearly
present information to diverse audiences
