Manufacturing Manager Director Supervisor Plant Manager General Manager Machine Building Fabrication Engineering Processing Machinery Automation _.

Develop and execute policies, plans, and procedures for production facility, including job planning, planning production time and schedules, managing print and plastic fabrication production processes, coordinating work between departments, overall quality control, and liaison with vendor partners.

*** Oversee hiring, staff and equipment scheduling, printing, fabricating, inventory planning, manufacturing operations, plant safety, and product quality for a production facility.

*** Supervise manufacturing employees at production facility.

*** Compile, monitor, and analyze information from daily timesheets and production reports to evaluate performance and implement improvements.

*** Assign staff as appropriate to ensure key performance goals are met.

*** Set goals and initiate projects to drive business results, product and process innovation, and quality standards.

*** Research and test prospective new materials, processes, and equipment.

*** Troubleshoot equipment, ink, and material issues.

*** Schedule and document all training issues as required by state & OSHA.

*** Document all, state, federal and OSHA compliance issues.
