Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be ready to lead a team of tax professionals, as well as drive the continued growth and success of the tax practice. Responsibilities include leading a team of tax professionals, and assisting clients and team with tax planning, research and communications in all areas of tax services (including individual, partnership, corporate, trusts and estates).*Job qualifications** Valid CPA or Enrolled Agent license required* Seven or more years of comprehensive tax experience within a tax or accounting firm* Bachelors degree in accounting or related field* Experience managing multiple client engagements* Demonstrated success in leading professional teams* LaCerte and QuickBooks experience highly preferred* Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel* Demonstrated proficiency in meeting deadlines with a team approach* Efficient analytical, problem-solving, written and oral skills*Responsibilities** Successfully lead tax practice associates and administrative personnel* Research and analyze changes in tax regulation and strategically develop practice skills to meet changing needs* Develop in-depth understanding of client businesses and help identify needs/opportunities, partner with clients to implement effective solutions* Prepare Corporate, Partnership, Trust and Individual tax returnsJob Type: Full-timePay: $110,000.00 - $185,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid sick time* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Day shift* Monday to FridayExperience:* Tax accounting: 5 years (Required)License/Certification:* CPA (Required)Work Location: In personby Jobble
