Job Description:
Broken Top Club is excited to announce the career opportunity of
Bar Manager! Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality
environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to
the members of our club.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure standards of appearance and sanitation are maintained on a
daily basis
- Maintains effective portion control using established pouring
methods
- Ensures the liquor and alcoholic beverage supplies are maintained
and complete
Qualifications:
- Must be able to secure an alcohol pouring and handling license
and food handlers
- Must be able to train Bartenders
- Must be able to stand for periods of time
- Must be detailed oriented, Customer service oriented and
organized
- Must have Reliable transportation
