Position OverviewThe -Assistant Regional Manager -will assist with the business operations of franchised and corporate sushi bars. Some may include multiple concepts including hot food.Key Responsibilities & DutiesAssist with opening new locationsVisit, inspect and evaluate sushi bars to determine whether operation meets AFC standardsRecruit for prospective franchiseesConduct market researchOperate sushi bar until managed by franchiseeAssist the Regional Manager in all aspects of the AFC businessConduct schedules for chefs and/or Field SupervisorsMust be able to travel 50% of the timeQualifications & SkillsMinimum 4 - 6 years experience managing/supervising staffMust have previous experience in restaurant management and multi-line, preferably in sushi industryExperience in prepared packaged foods a plusAsian cuisine facility experienceSushi experienceJapanese restaurant experienceMust be able to travel out of state for extended periods of timeMust be a team playerMust have good communication, oral, and written skillsEmployee Offered BenefitsAFCFC's benefit package includes group medical, dental, and vision health benefits; basic life and AD&D, supplemental life insurance, flexible PTO, paid holiday, and 401k retirement plan with company match provisionJob Type: Full-time
