development. SALARY: $50,000 - $55,000 with bonus opportunity WORK
LOCATION: Bend, OR -COMPANY: -We started back in 2006 with three
guys in Bend, Oregon who shared one simple mindset; brew beer,
drink beer, and have fun doing it. Since then our brewery has grown
but we will always stay the same...Rough morning? Grab a beer.

up with a beer in hand. Cheers!---ROLE SUMMARY: -To manage and
maintain a fiscally healthy pub, while upholding the standards
derived by 10 Barrel Brewing Company. Achieving this objective
includes managing a team of employees that share one vision of
operations, are trained properly and show dedication to the team.
The Pub Manager reports directly to the General Manager. Culture is
the foundation of our company. Our ideal candidate will embody the

our love for beer and the shenanigans that go with it bring us
together.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -
- Collaborate closely with the GM in high-level oversight of pub
operation
- Perform as delegated GM when pub GM is not on site
- Supervise 45-75 employees across varying shifts
- Manage while constantly working as a functioning team member on
the floor, making adaptive decisions, jumping in and assisting
customers, problem solving, and being proactive, not reactive
- Conduct and/or outsource repairs and maintenance as needed
- Write accurate schedules, appropriate for level of business and
employee ability. - Post schedules two weeks out.
- New employee hiring, onboarding and training
- Hold employees accountable for performance/ conduct, quality of
service and product, as well as safety
- Drive operation to achieve budgeted performance goals
- Shift reporting
- Collaborate with pub management team and other 10 Barrel
department management in execution of special events
- Participate in monthly inventories
- Clear communication to GM
- Clear communication to Chefs and other FOH managers on all
things
- Administrative work, I.E. answering email in timely fashion,
writing schedules in advance, inventory completion
- Attend weekly manager meetings to assess current week's
business, utilize this tool to assign tasks, goals, and training
opportunities
- Delegate tasks to employees - IE training, policies, events,
reviews
- Marketing for the pub, through Facebook, Charity nights, Beer
events
- Write assigned schedules 2 weeks in advance
- Hourly employee evaluations
- QA and expectations that come with it
- Beer order, and lineup balance when applicable
- Assist GM in managing a successful wine and liquor program
- Ongoing employee training and development
- Assist with monthly inventory on the 1st of every month
- Maintain cleanliness and assuring we are in compliance with
Health Department standards
- Ensure positive guest service in all areas. Respond to
complaints, taking any and all actions to turn dissatisfied guests
into return guests
- Manage shifts which include: daily decision making, scheduling,
planning while upholding standards, product quality and
cleanliness
- -Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and
service JOB QUALIFICATIONS: -
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Comfortable with Microsoft suite
- Excellent written & verbal communication and outgoing
personality
- Knowledge of POS Systems
- Knowledge and understanding of Beers, Wines, Liquor, food and
