INNOVA People is looking for a Marketing Manager for one of our clients to be responsible for the planning, development, and execution of the company's marketing and advertising initiatives. This ground floor opportunity will play a key role in building a successful marketing engine for software company focused on empowering the customer by aligning our virtual business ecosystems within our industry. This role is full time, onsite in Bend Oregon. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for B2B lead generation, growing brand equity, identifying, developing, executing, and evaluating the companies marketing strategy. Including, but not limited to: branding, strategy/planning, budget, trade shows, website design, graphic design, SEO, content development, campaign creation, campaign implementation, campaign management, webinars, articles, collateral, events, social media, and press releases.Already residing in Bend, Oregon or ready to make the move to the land we refer to as paradise? The Requirements:* 2+ years experience developing and managing a marketing plan for a brand with a focus online.* 2+ years of proven experience generating leads that support new logo acquisition.* An understanding of the telecommunications industry is a bonus* A curious learning machine with a bias for action and not afraid of showing daily results.* You can translate data from Google analytics, our CRM (HubSpot) and other sources to make data driven decisions that continually improve our marketing effectiveness.* Understanding of HubSpot marketing automation software. Previous or current Admin is a big plus* Demonstrated background in driving revenue, improving brand presence, and thought leadership while bolstering a company's strategic plans through your marketing efforts.* Leadership presence and ability to drive outcomes with senior leadership across departments.* A history of internally partnering with; Product, Sales, and Finance teams to execute marketing solutions that are on-time, relevant and in budget.* Comfortable with ambiguity and adept at driving towards solutions through it.The Responsibilities:-- Create, develop, and implement strategic Marketing Plans-- Develop and manage Marketing operating budget-- Ensure effective control of marketing results, and take corrective action to guarantee achievement of marketing objectives-- Design/distribute web/print marketing deliverables-- Content creation: eBooks, case studies, blog articles, social media posts, white papers, press releases, full page ads, half page ads, quarter page ads, banners, flyers, posters, sales collateral, web pages, PPC ads, logos, PowerPoint presentations, videos, HTML emails, webinars, etc.-- SEO/SEM for our websites-- Total ownership of marketing campaigns; creation, implementation and ongoing management (HubSpot)-- Behavioral data tracking, scoring, and converting post-thresholds-- Manage, maintain, and update social media accounts-- Total ownership of lead generation, lead nurturing and lead scoring in HubSpot-- Follow and predict industry trends to secure position as an industry thought-leader-- Accurately track and report ROI associated with Marketing expenditures-- All Marketing related duties associated with HubSpot-- Google analytics account management and administration-- Manage all aspects of our website(s): Landing pages, custom/connected CRM forms, all content creation etc.-- Manage all aspects of our trade show process: Selection, asset creation, scheduling, attendance, shipping etc.-- Aid in the development and creation of key foundational strategic elements required for business growth and direction (e.g. Employee Promise, Our Why, Ideal Customer, Brand Promise, etc.)The Rewards:* $100,000/ year, plus annual company bonus for the ideal candidate with telecom experience* Generous Benefits Package* Medical, dental and vision insurance* HSA option* Simple IRA* Education dollars for personal/professional growth* 19 days' vacation time including earned and National holidays in your 1st year* Opportunity to make a direct impact and build a marketing program from its infancy.* Relaxed dress code.* Live and work in beautiful Bend, Oregon.If you are super dynamic at this, and are poised within your career to take on a management role, don't' be shy about applying to this role.
