Job Description:
Speech-Language Pathologist - School We are seeking a dedicated
Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team. In this
role, you will work with students to assess and treat speech,
language, and communication disorders, helping them achieve
academic and social success. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate
students to identify speech, language, and communication challenges
that impact learning and social interaction. Develop and implement
individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
Provide therapy sessions focused on improving speech articulation,
language comprehension, and communication skills. Collaborate with
teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students'
educational goals. Document progress and adjust treatment plans as
necessary to ensure effective outcomes. Educate students, families,
and staff on strategies to support communication development in
various settings. Work Environment: Work in elementary, middle, or
high schools as part of a multidisciplinary team. Engage in a
dynamic environment focused on supporting students' academic and
social growth. Participate in Individualized Education Program
