Executive Admin Intern JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMER/FALL 2025 Base-2
Solutions is looking for a talented and enthusiastic undergraduate
or graduate student aspiring to enter the hi-tech and/or government
contracting industry to join us as an Executive Assistant Intern
for Summer/fall 2025. This internship will allow you to collaborate
with professionals to tackle real business challenges, conduct
market research, and assist in proposal development. Ideal
candidates are detail-oriented, possess strong communication
skills, are eager to learn, and able to commit 20 - 25 hours a week
through December 2025. Applications will be accepted on a rolling
basis. Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities Scheduling
meetings, managing executive calendars, preparing reports,
presentations, and correspondence. Ensure timely responses and
accurate information flow from emails and phone calls. Plan and
coordinate travel arrangements for executives, including flights,
hotels, and ground transportation. Organize internal and external
meetings, including preparing agendas and documents. Maintain files
and records, ensuring documents are organized and easily
accessible. Conduct Data Review and analytics. Interact with
various departments like Human Resources, Finance, Business
Development, Contracts and Operations. Assist with general office
operations, such as vendor coordination and supply management.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements Currently
pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in any field of
study. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work
independently and handle tasks with minimal supervision. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. U.S. Citizenship is
required for work on government contracts. Prior experience in
administrative support in a government contractor-related
environment is a plus. Pay & Benefit Highlights Compensation Above
