client-focused Junior Account Manager to become a vital part of our
expanding team in Bend. This role puts you at the forefront of
AT&T’s B2B growth, cultivating strategic client relationships,
driving solution adoption, and shaping the future of business
connectivity. As a Junior Account Manager, you will embark on an
intensive, hands-on training program designed to equip you with the
essential skills for B2B client management. This comprehensive
training will cover AT&T's diverse portfolio of business
wireless and wired solutions, advanced client retention strategies,
effective account growth methodologies, and sophisticated
problem-resolution techniques tailored for our B2B partners. Key
Responsibilities of the Junior Account Manager: Serve as the
primary contact for routine inquiries, service requests, and basic
technical support for AT&T’s B2B wireless and integrated
solutions. Conduct proactive check-ins to optimize accounts,
identify upsell opportunities such as IoT, managed services, and
enhance client operations. Educate clients on AT&T’s latest
solutions, ensuring informed decision-making for their business
needs. Support senior managers in portfolio management, ensuring
service excellence and uncovering expansion opportunities. Discover
and thoroughly record upsell and cross-sell possibilities for
AT&T's business solutions, such as wireless, IoT, and managed
services, within current client accounts. Meticulously update
client CRM records with all interactions, agreements, and
communication for data accuracy and follow-up. Craft client and
internal reports on account performance, service use, and growth
opportunities to inform strategic planning. Resolve client issues,
escalate as needed, and act as a liaison between the client and
AT&T's departments for timely resolutions. Advise business
clients on AT&T's latest B2B wireless and wired solutions
features and benefits to enable informed operational decisions.
Participate actively in client meetings and strategic discussions,
observing and contributing to the development of robust account
growth and retention initiatives. Stay ahead of industry trends,
competitor moves, and AT&T product updates to provide strategic
insights.
