This Compliance Auditor (Quality Control) is responsible for ensuring the efficient and professional operation of all Appliance Installers with specific focus on the builder distribution channel. Also completes work that is directly related to management or general business operations as it relates to personnel management and regulatory compliance.Summary of Key Responsibilities:Assist with inbound/load out paper work and assist in loading out delivery trucks in the morning.Perform site visits for upcoming multi-family and single-family projects to ensure that the site is ready for delivery and installation of appliances.Perform follow up visits to ensure everything on the order has been completed or communicated to the builder if something has not been completed.Visit job sites and superintendents to review opportunities to improve delivery and installation of the appliances and discuss concerns.Enforce compliance with in the scope of local, state, and national building codes.Assist with and take lead on builder escalated issues that involve delivery and installation of appliances.Improve customer satisfaction and installation quality by performing quality audits with the team while on their route.Look for ways to improve delivery and installation processes.Assist with training of Appliance Installers.Answer technical questions that may come from Appliance Installers and/or Customer Service Representatives.Ensure that direct ship deliveries to job sites are completed on time and that all of the work stated on the paperwork has been completed.Assist in reviewing paperwork from the previous day's deliveries.Perform audits on completion of work and completion of paperwork in the field and in the office.The perks of working for Ritchie Trucking Service:Trucks with automatic transmissionGroup medical, prescription, vision, dental, and Flexible Spending Account optionsPTO in accordance with Oregon Employment LawEmployee Stock Ownership Plan participation after one year with the company401K plan after one year with the companySummary of Experience and Education:AA/BA Business Administration and/or equivalent degree and/or minimum of two years related work experience.

Requirements:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Ability to learn different system applications as they relate to the business of our customers as a Compliance Auditor (Quality Control) employee.Must be proficient in the use and creation of word processing and spreadsheet applications as a Compliance Auditor (Quality Control) employee.Communication, inter-personal skills, strong organizational skills, problem solving skills, multi-tasking skills and the ability to work under strict deadlines is a must as a Compliance Auditor (Quality Control) employee.Licenses and Certifications:Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.Travel:Must be willing to some travel as the business needs may dictate.Additional Information:Must be a team player with a willingness to work in a diverse environment with respect to others opinions and display respect and professionalism at all times.Physical Demands:This position may require the Compliance Auditor (Quality Control) employee to lift up to 100 lbs. at a time as well as be on their feet for extended periods of time while squatting, bending, pulling or lifting. Also, must be able to maneuver and move products in excess of 400 lbs. while utilizing dollies, moving straps and/or appliance dollies.
